About Us

Brantridge School is a special school catering for boys from age six to twelve with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), including those with Asperger’s Syndrome and those with a diagnosis of ADHD.

This section provides information about the school’s curriculum including an overview, the curriculum approach, detailed information about what is being studied in class, Outdoor Learning and Remote Learning plus school trips and enrichment opportunities.

In this section you will find information about the support offered to pupils at Brantridge School. This includes information about the support we offer, therapies, behaviour and engagement and mental health and well-being.

Students

Pupils tell us they feel safe at Brantridge and the school provides an environment that enables them to learn. Everyone is treated as an individual and concerns are listened to.

Parents

It is important that you have the chance to fully take part in your child’s educational experience. We provide regular opportunities to come into school and join us for events which provide life long memories.

Sports Day 2023

Well done to everyone for taking part in our annual sports afternoons, it was fantastic to see everyone trying the activities and being cheered on by their friends and families.

On Wednesday 12^th July, it was the turn of the Upper School classes; Jupiter, Neptune, Titan, Orwell, Zephaniah and Galaxy. Followed by Mercury, Saturn, Earth, Nova and Pluto classes for the Lower school event on Thursday 13^th July.

The boys ran poles, dribbled footballs, threw the javelin, jumped as far as they could and mastered the complexities of the obstacle course on the MUGA. It was fun to see the pupils doing their best and trying to improve their distances and times on the courses.

Thanks to all parents, carers and family members who came along to offer their support.
