A Day of Digital Discovery

OHC&AT’s Digital School visited Brantridge School to deliver a day of digital discovery. In groups, pupils engaged in lots of different activities from digital photography using a green screen to exploring the world of Virtual Reality. The Lego Education session also proved very popular as pupils collectively put their coding and building skills into practice to create a vehicle out of Lego that could be activated to travel and perform tricks via an iPad. Pupils also had an opportunity to try out 3D games designed by the Digital School to raise awareness of issues such as travelling safely. The children were fully engaged in the day and the Digital Team are looking forward to future sessions at the school.
