Taking part in the Big Schools’ Birdwatch
We have been taking part in the RSPB’s Big Schools’ Birdwatch this week in their outdoor learning lessons.
We have spotted robins, wrens, pigeons, lots of crows, a buzzard and even a red kite.
Despite the cold weather the boys have enjoyed counting the birds that visited their beautiful school grounds in West Sussex.
One of the pupils in Ramsey Class obviously enjoyed the Birdwatching session, when he declared totally unprompted, “I feel so alive looking at nature.”
